The "Five Standards" refer to five standardized processes: raw material acceptance criteria, ingredient ratio standards, temperature curve standards, operational procedure standards, and inspection record standards. The "One Control" refers to closed-loop control throughout the entire process based on a big data platform. The PTMS LITHIUM COBALT ACID MATERIAL MAGNETIC iron removal project includes infrastructure upgrades such as automated feeding system upgrades, AI decision center construction, and dedicated high-purity raw material transportation lines.
During the initial implementation of the PTMS LITHIUM COBALT ACID MATERIAL MAGNETIC iron removal system, the factory first strengthened its raw material control mechanism. All imported bauxite underwent X-ray fluorescence rapid testing to ensure Fe₂O₃ content ≤1.8% and SiO₂ content ≤3.5%. Subsequently, the alumina production workshop strictly enforced a purity threshold of over 98.5%, issuing third-party quality inspection reports for each batch to achieve full-process traceability.
Qualified ore is transferred to a specially designed washing workshop, where high-pressure water jets remove surface silt and sand. The material is then sorted through a vibrating screen and iron-removing PTMS LITHIUM COBALT ACID MATERIAL MAGNETIC screening to eliminate fine particles smaller than 5mm—precisely the iron and silicon enrichment zones. All batches failing to meet standards are either rejected outright or downgraded for use.
